Vivet is a new seasonal lifestyle magazine being launched next autumn. The main theme for this first issue is outdoors, hiking, beautiful forests, mountains and lakes.
The task was to create a stylish minimalist cover using the nameplate provided and sample spreads for an article entitled "Living in Wilderness". I chose to use some excerpts from Henry David Thoreau's Walden instead of Lorem Ipsum to get into the spirit of the theme.
