Binondo is the oldest Chinatown in the world and where my parents grew up. It's a busy place with lots of things happening, a bustling district of vendors and shops of all kinds.
One of my favourite vendors was of course, the manongs selling fishbols and kwek-kwek (deep fried and battered quail eggs dipped in vinegar)!
